Employee Contributions
Pension and disability insurance 9.5% of gross salary. Deducted automatically by employer. Provides old-age pension, disability benefits, survivor pensions.

Contributions calculated on monthly salary between minimum ALL 22,000 (β¬183, $200) and maximum ALL 95,130 (β¬791, $870). Income below minimum or above maximum doesn't affect contribution amounts.

Employer pays 15% for pension and disability insurance. On top of gross salary, increases total employment cost.
